
Policies & Procedures
Payment:
Indigo Scents accepts payments via PayPal or Stripe. Prior to finalizing your order ensure that the shipping address and name are correct. If there is an error with your order please contact us immediately. No changes can be made once an order ships. If the order is returned to us, the customer will incur additional shipping and handling fees to have the order resent.
Sales Tax:
TN sales tax will be charged to any order shipping in TN.
Shipping:
We ship domestic orders via USPS Priority and First Class Mail. All orders ship within 3-5 business days after an order has been placed and payments are approved. Orders placed during sales will ship within 7-10 business days. Shipping and tracking notification via email will be sent once the package leaves or studio. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipping Insurance/Delivery Confirmation:
All products shipped Priority Mail will be insured. If you require insurance for items shipping via First Class Mail, please contact us. We do not ship via Signature Confirmation, which is an additional fee. If you would like to pay extra to add this option, contact us immediately.
Delayed Orders/Lost/Stolen Packages:
Upon tracking your shipment and if it's listed as "Delivered" on the USPS website and you have not received your order, take the following steps first:
1. Verify your shipping address is correct.
2. Verify if the package was left with a neighbor.
3. Bring the tracking information to your local Post Office for additional assistance.

Indigo Scents is not responsible for lost and/ or stolen packages that was shipped without insurance. We are not responsible for errors or delays made by the Post Office. If your package is delayed please contact USPS.
Refunds/Exchanges:
All products are carefully inspected prior to shipping. Due to the nature of our products, used products are unable to be returned, exchanged or refunded. In the event that a candle is damaged during shipment we will gladly replace the damaged item. Photographic proof must be sent within 7 days in order to have the item replaced. A candle can be exchanged for another candle of the same size and price within 7 days. The buyer will be responsible all returned items. If the package is undeliverable and USPS ships the package back to Indigo Scents, the customer will incur additional shipping fees to have the package resent. A refund (less shipping fees) can be processed if the customer elects not to have the package resent. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. In the event you are not satisfied with your order please contact us at info@indigoscents.com immediately in order for us to rectify the situation.
Gift Orders:
In the note section enter the recipients name and address. (Advise us that the order should be sent to that address and if you want to include an invoice)
